Tropical Landscaping International were employed to perform the landscape design of this upscale integrated residential project.

Located on 57 rai the design includes lush tropical gardens, a reforestation of the current denuded site and creation of waterways, and lagoons as well as recreational facilities including three tennis courts, squash courts and a large sports center.

TLI also performed the project master plan including the creation of extensive parks, and green areas which will include solar panels, a recycled water treatment plant to support obtaining a LEED green certification.
