Situated on an entire city block in Myanmars second largest city, Mandalay, location of some of the worlds most expensive property, Tropical Landscaping International Myanmar were contracted to perform a full landscape design package for this private guest and client residence.  With the design works performed out of TLI’s Thailand Design office, the landscape design is dominated by large water features, stunning stone finishing and a variety of exotic plant species on this extremely private and security conscious project.

The clients request was for this project to include the best landscaping of any project in Myanmar and with the services of TLI’s design team this has become a reality, setting a benchmark for future works in Myanmar.
